Who is it?

Prof. Dr. Luca Avagnina, Podiatrist, Podoiatra, Posturologist, is the first Podiatrist of Italian sport, and founder and president of the SIPS, Italian Company of sport podiatry.

 

Its team of professionals Podiatrists provides a service podiatrists, insurance and legal, for the clinical and functional evaluation of sport damage, to prevent them, and to optimize the “ foot system"of soccer player.
The Foot Team, through the study, design and implementation(personalized and exclusive) of a special and innovative Podholistic Orthotics Therapy, known as "AVA TOP", can improve the efficiency and effectiveness in each specific sport movements.

To optimize the rapport between the foot and the sport, prof. Avagnina created and "specialized" the PODHOLISTIC Insole, through the applying a specialtermophormated layer upon layer of different exclusive and highly innovative materials, depending on the specific sport
The plantar footprint is created from a mould of the foot in neutral and dynamic position biomechanically e posturologically, and then re-balanced in laboratory in function of the clinical results.
